These formats ensure that the logo can be scaled to any size without losing quality. Additionally, we accept high-resolution raster formats like PNG.
Resolution: Minimum resolution of 300 dpi is required to ensure the logo appears crisp and clear when printed on merchandise.
Color Mode: Color mode should be CMYK which is typically used for printing.
Dimensions: 4500px x 4500px at 300dpi minimum.
Background: The logo must have a transparent background to seamlessly integrate with different merchandise items.
Intellectual Property Ownership: By submitting your club’s logo, you affirm that you have the legal right to use and reproduce the logo. You retain all ownership and intellectual property rights to the submitted logo.
Permission to Use: You grant us the non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute your club’s logo for the purpose of creating merchandise as requested by you.
Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to any breach of the representations and warranties made by you regarding the logo submission.
Accuracy of Information: You certify that all information provided with the logo submission is accurate and complete, and you agree to notify us promptly of any changes to the submitted information.
Quality Assurance: While we strive to produce high-quality merchandise, we cannot guarantee exact color matching or reproduction fidelity of the submitted logo due to variations in printing processes and materials.
Right to Reject: We reserve the right to reject any logo submission that does not meet our specified guidelines or that we deem inappropriate, offensive, or infringing upon intellectual property rights.
Modification and Removal: We may modify or remove the logo from merchandise if necessary to comply with legal requirements, address technical issues, or enhance the quality of the final product.
Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the logo submission or use of the merchandise.
